Inspection / Buying Trip
Simply a marketing tool utilised by Estate agents heavily subsidised to provide a cheep viewing trip. Clients are placed in pre selected and controlled accommodation. Viewings undertaken in groups, strictly overseen by Property Advisor/s trained….to get results.
SUSEEKERS PROPERTY FINDING SERVICE is successful because it finds accommodation in a location suited to the customer's requirements…i.e. near golf courses, beaches and mountains, so they have the freedom to enjoy the lifestyle. We can organise the flights and the duration of stay is variable. We acknowledge the trip is fundamentally a business trip but our aim is to make the experience an enjoyable one. In fact we openly encourage prospective clients to contact, quite freely our existing clients, prior to selecting us.
